It is important you receive an item which meets your expectations so if you are not sure before purchasing from the website please call into discuss and we will help you with your selection. If you change your mind and are seeking an exchange, refund or credit for a stock return, the freight will be at the purchasers expense.
We always aim to ensure all purchases are in good condition when packed and posted. In the unlikely event you do receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will discuss an agreeable solution. Should you receive damaged stock generally we ask you to email a photograph of the item and packaging on arrival for our review.
To return an order please make sure it is securely packaged and sent to the following address. We will contact you once the goods have arrived.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars AUD and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Orders & Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your payment. We aim for delivery within 7 - 14 business days depending on your location. Goods are delivered by Australia Post, and by courier.
If an item is out of stock, items may be placed on back order which will be sent to you with your agreement on a separate invoice. Alternatively we may ask you to wait a little longer for your whole order to be completed before we dispatch. If there is an item you would like to purchase but it displayed as out of stock please contact us either by phone or via the contact page and we will advise of availability.
