CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Wisdom Activities is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our web site are currently in stock and the pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 7 to 14 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver products Australia wide and internationally using TNT Express. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. The shipping and handling rates are listed on the order form available on the web site or indicated at the checkout. Any variation to postage and / or handling costs will be discussed with you prior to any despatch. Wisdom Activities will not be liable for any third party and/or postage and handling costs or any liability due to loss or damage unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. The postal and handling charges for all International orders to remote locations within Australia will be determined when your order is placed. The ownership of the goods supplied remain the property of Wisdom Activities until the amount due is paid in full.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure your goods are delivered promptly and in good condition.
Delays in delivery can occur if an item is out of stock and requires to be placed on back order. Every effort is made to supply any back orders as soon as possible dependent on the availability through the wholesale supplier.
Wisdom Activities is not liable for the consequences of a delay in delivery or a lost shipment.
PRICING POLICY
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST).
Pricing may vary from time to time subject to material increases or exchange rate variations outside the control of Wisdom Activities.
PAYMENT
For all orders not received via the web site method of payment, that is via fax, email, mail, telephone, or in store, the accepted method of payment is cash, credit card, money order, cheque or by direct deposit into the Wisdom Activities bank account. Our terms are full payment within thirty days of the delivery date of the goods.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
If the product is faulty or an incorrect item, you must notify Wisdom Activities by phone, email or fax within 48 hours of delivery. Once the faulty or incorrect item has been returned via our reply paid address (Wisdom Activities, Reply Paid PO Box 449 Hamilton Hill WA 6963), we will replace, exchange to the same value, or refund your money.
If you have changed your mind or made the wrong decision then it is your responsibility to return the item/s at your own expense. You should choose your item carefully and contact us for any clarification required.
WARRANTY
Wisdom Activities will honour any wholesaler manufacturer’s warranty, by repair or exchange, conditional upon the faulty goods being returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date.
The following specific items: Floor Bobs (3139), Table Bobs (3140), Golf Putting Game (3148), Indoor Croquet (3090), Wooden Card Holders (code 3082), Large Quoit Set (3153), all have a five (5) year warranty from the date of delivery.

Any material downloaded or obtained through the Wisdom Activities web site is done at your own risk and any damage or loss of data to your computer that may be incurred as a result, is not the responsibility of Wisdom Activities. We do not take responsibility that our web site will meet your requirements, will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free. Prices may vary from the advertised price on the web site or in the catalogue. However, we do make every effort to keep prices

We accept the following methods of payment:

- direct deposit into the Wisdom Activities Westpac bank account. Details of account are BSB : 036064 Account Number : 132162. Please identify the amount by using the tax invoice number as reference. Name of account is Wisdom Activities.
- we accept visa or mastercard payment over the phone or by providing credit card details when completing an order from.
- visit our shop at unit 8 / 1 Simms Rd. Hamilton Hill Perth West Australia for direct cash sales. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
- direct payment via the secure Westpac facility on the web site using our shopping cart option.
Ordering/Purchasing:
SHOP - simply call or come and visit in us person. Happy to complete an order form for you over the phone and answer any questions you may have. Call 1300 301 319 in business hours 8.00am to 4.30pm (Western Australian time).
ON LINE – use the shopping cart option, available 24 hours a day.
ORDER FORM - fax or mail a completed order form. We are happy to provide quotes or invoice a facility if you provide us with a purchase order number or the name and phone number of the person authorising the order.
DISPATCH – We give priority to those customers who make payment when ordering. If we have requested items in stock, we dispatch within one to three days. If we have to order items from our suppliers then please allow up to 21 days for dispatch. Occasionally items have to be specially ordered in and could take longer depending on supply.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – We are able to dispatch to anywhere in the world using our courier TNT Express. Please call for precise information regarding shipping costs and availability of items you may wish to order. The customer will be resposible for any taxes/duties/insurances and other associated costs at destination port of entry.

Returns and Refunds:
We are able to refund and accept returned items as long as they are in the same condition as when received. We acknowledge it is difficult to order when item is unseen, so we are happy to send a money refund or exchange for another item or provide a credit to the value of the returned item. Returns will be accepted within a 7 day period on receipt of order.
